Gym Company - Manager thandi mkhize gym company alberton unapologetic bad attitude

The manager at Gym Company Brackenhurst does not have people skills. She gave such attitude when I was asking for my tag to be activated after 5 months. She refused to apologize for the poor service I received instead she flipped her hand at me. Gym Company will continue to get poor ratings as long as they give bad customer service, over crowded gyms, with staff like Thandi Mkhize they are tarnishing their brand. I have laid a complaint. the company did not get back to me. I guess poor customer service is the norm.
