On the 9th of June 2022 I waited for the bus in midway 1 lowlands road Estcourt the bus did not come , I tried to call but I couldn't get through the call centre after many attempts. I saw the bus was more than 3 hours late and I kept on calling , at 23:40 I got through the agent who told me that the bus left. The bus did not come to the bus stop or pickup spot at all. I want a refund for the bus fare ACHVHY01.
