Waiting for a bus that was scheduled for 1755 05/12/2022 it came at 0220 06/12/2022 at Vereeniging, since we were there at 1730. The first update was at 1930 then I had to call until 2310 then I run out of airtime and battery. What really got me angry is i am travelling with 3 kids and greyhound knew that the bus was faulty even after it left park station.
Greyhound only had the contingency plan after 7 hours while we sit in the cold rainy weather. After waiting that long they have ordacity to tell me that the 2nd bus is still need to be cleaned first that made my blood boil. I'm sorry to tell you that I'm so very disappointed this was the last time using your services, my kids were so excited because it was their first bus experience and it is horrible one. Have you ever travel with a 5, 9 and 14 year old during the day, they become restless everytime they ask if are we there yet?
