I just want to say that my parents had the worse experience ever on this bus.
Their bus departed from Johannesburg on the 15th of December 2022.
Number 1: The bus was late
2. The bus was going over the speed limit repeatedly PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT OTHER PASSANGERS ON THE BUS.
3. THE OVERTOOK 2 TRUCKS ON A BEND!!!!!!!!!!.
My parents left at 9:00 and only got here at 21:30.
I really recommended your citiliners to them and I'm so disappointed.
Myself and my family of 5 wanted to book with you to go and visit our parents in April but the experience was so bad that my parents cancelled their return bus ticket and paid a hell of a lot of money to fly back. PLEASE SOMEONE LOOK INTO THIS!!!!!!
