First of all the bus was late. Second of all the bus sounds like it’s falling apart, my journey was very unpleasant as the bus was shaking and noisy the whole way. My question is how safe was this issue because clearly a normal bus don’t make that kind of noise or shake like that. My bus was suppose to arrive at 13H00 in jhb and I’m still on the road passing bloemhof at 11H30 . I had to change my plans and arrange another form of transport because of this delay and we were not even sent a message to apologize for the inconvenience and I know all that’s going to follow is a “we are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced” email. This is unacceptable this service was paid for and your service delivery is very poor! You need to do better!

I’m not even done sending my complaint and then we have a tyre burst. You are playing with our lives as the wheel had a slow puncher and a the wheel hub was vibrating to such a point one of the drivers could not continue driving. How did your maintenance department allow this bus on the road! This could have been so much worse. I need some type of compensation for this trip because this is totally unacceptable. This trip could have cost my life!
