My wife and myself booked two tickets for Greyhound Dreamliner/Premium on Thursday 06/10/2022, departing from Bellville 11h45 07/10/2022 for Midrand, a total of R2050,00 paid to you. Reference numbers were B6JN90YX / L6LLL7JJ.
The bus was late on the 07/10/2022 arriving at the pickup point in Bellville at 12h45, what arrived was a City Liner bus (Reg No HM06MT-GP).
A person wearing a Eldo Couch uniform informed us that this is the bus allocated to us and that we should complain once we reach our destination.
The City Liner bus was indeed our bus as our names were called from a list by the drivers of the bus who were wearing Greyhound uniforms. I am extremely unhappy due to the following,
1) We paid for a Dreamliner/Premium and received a City Liner bus in return.
2) We were not advised of the change in buses by anyone from Greyhound or even provided an explanation from anyone as to why this had happened.
3) We paid for luxury and received a 2nd rate bus resulting in excruciating back ache and leg pain due to the cramped conditions. I feel as if we were scammed by Greyhound, we paid for a service that we did not receive and I expect Greyhound to do the right thing and refund my money or give us a credit for the bus we should of been on.

Exactly the same thing happened to my daughter and her friends on Saturday 8/10 - booked a Sleepliner and then they had to travel on a Cityliner in terrible condition!
