I am on a bus to mthatha, booked a Greyhound premium bus online couldn't make payment online, so I decided to call and reserve my ticket which they promised to call to make arrangements that I would make payment at the midrand offices before departure since I was traveling to Gauteng. I tried calling since they seemed not to call me back, my calls to the offices were either not picked up or dropped. When I get to the office to my surprise my ticket was forfeited, so I had to rebook which the fare had gone up... immediately after paying I was told a citiliner bus would pick me up I asked for my refund and was told I would be allocated to a Greyhound bus in Park station. Got there and we were told it's a citiliner service. Rushing for an 8am meeting in mthatha and we are still in Kokstad about 3hours away after waiting at the filling station because the petrol card kept declining... This bus service is a scam and this is totally unacceptable. I am going to the offices and demanding compensation for the inconvenience and lies!! I am so furious and have been throughout the journey with windows opened and not working, no charging points! It's just too much kaloku haybo!! Nasihlolela apha nxaa!
