Good day

I have logged my refund on the 2nd of June 2023 and was told within 21 working days I will receive my refund and now I want this resolved ASAP. This is unacceptable and very inconvenient.
I want management to call me ASAP on 0833976743 and advise what the issue is with the refund.
At this point I do not even feel that I ever want to use Greyhound again if this is the service.

Please note that we have sent an update request to the Finance team so they can advise on your refund. We still have not received feedback however we will share as soon as we receive an update.

How does finance not get back to her after she has sent them 2 emails regarding this...
