I booked my return bus with Clitiliner/Greyhound on the 04th of April from Pretoria to Newcastle and on the 18th of April I received an sms stating that my trip has been cancelled, without any alternative option given to me. I filled in the refund form along with the required documents and they informed me that I will receive my refund after 14 working days, I have not received the payment till today it has been over 3 months and I have been send emails to
[email protected] and calling every week without any informative response or explanation.
