I would not recommend this bus to anyone... First of all you don't get the bus you paid for... Second of all it can't go into park station and need to change busses..
The bus from Johannesburg to Uitenhage at 17h00 left my dad in vereeninging.... They do not do a head count. He was stranded.... Second of all when I phoned their call centre.. Sherees was very unhelpful. First of all she couldn't get the bus my dad was on because I didn't have his ticket number or cell number eventho I had his ID number and name and surname and the bus time.. I mean how many busses drive that time. She eventually helped me after several calls were made. I'm very disappointed. Last month my mom and sis in law drove on two separate occasions and the bus was delayed for more than 2-3 hours and still they got into a broken bus.. Bad bad service greyhound, will be putting this up on every platform.
