I was waiting at Durban Station for greyhound from 5 am this morning
15 November 2022. Too many calls made to count. Horrendous service and feedback from Greyhound. Absolutely awful, autrious. Cannot stress how bad today was and the service received. You can verify how many calls where made from your recordings. Eventually a consultant phoned me, name Lee-Ann, unprofessional and rude. My number was captured incorrect at the purchase office. This is not my fault, the alternative contact number was not called at all. Additional money for calls and transport. Extremely poor service. Absolutely disappointed with disgusting service. Time and money wasted. Horrendous dies not even begin to describe the trauma of today for myself, wife and the driver. Absolutely Horrendous.
