I booked my son a bus from Bosman in Pretoria to Polokwane at 10:30 today the 06/12/2022 and the bus never came. We waited from 10:00 because we arrived early. Until I decided to take him to the taxi rank at 12:15. This is really unprofessional, and this needs serious attention because really you can't treat customers like this, Worse part is that you don't even communicate with us. Only one (1) message was sent early in the morning that the bus will be late. And his cousin travelled last week and he told us that the bus came at 11:20 instead of 10:30 i thought it was just a glitch, but noooooo its a habit that Greyhound busses don't arrive on time. PLEASE FIX YOURSELVES BEFORE WE TAKE THIS ISSUE FURTHER. I did not even request a refund because I'm so disgusted that i don't even want it back. I've never ever ever experienced such unprofessionalism in my entire life. IYO
