To Whom It May Concern

Good day hope someone can help. I booked a ticket from Midrand to Mosselbay for the 21st of December 2022 and was so discussed with what i seen on the bus.

1. Bus was late 40 minutes at midrand.
2. None of the lights was working on the bus.
3. Most of the usb charging points was not working at all.
4. Whole bus was so full of cocroaches running over you the whole way.
5. Was sitting ontop was so hot in the bus where they sead that there was no gass for the aircons.
6. The bus was so dirty old papers with chicken bones and stuff was lying ontop at the space where the bagage is kept the bus was never cleaned at all thats why the cocroaces are running everywhere.

I would like feedback please as i paid so much for a ticket but such bad service from greyhound.
