1/5 Stars - Disastrous Experience with GBets
I'm extremely disappointed with GBets' handling of my account and transactions. Here's what happened:
- They claimed to have changed my number, but didn't.
- When I tried to make a deposit using Nedbank eWallet, the money went to the wrong number.
- GBets then told me they'd sent the money to my "new" number, which wasn't true.
- Now, they're saying they can't reverse the transaction because the voucher has been used - but it hasn't.
Unacceptable Customer Service
The lack of communication, transparency, and accountability from GBets is appalling. It's like they're not even trying to help or resolve issues.
