I have placed an order for three item on Saturday the 16 of September and I have also paid instantly on the same day. My order is supposed to be delivered within the minimum of 5 days but I am still waiting.
I have tried to contact their customer service from Sunday but the only reply that I get is that my query has been escalated and no contact from the management.
Worse, I am the one who has to contact them. I need the products because I am hosting an event and a customer is expecting me to deliver.
The have failed to deliver within 5 days as promised and it's too late to find another supplier. Please intervene
