25 November 2022 I placed an online order with Game, order was confirmed and payment made, estimated date of delivery 2 December 2022. Today, 14 December 2022, as per my numerous inquiry, my order has still not been dispatched by the store. Nobody can tell me why or when I can expect my delivery.
After contacting the customer service center every day for 8 days, not receiving any communication relating the status of the delivery, I eventually told them I want the details where I can collect my order myself.
No effort was made to try and assist. I have to drive couple 100km to collect an online order that was suppose to include delivery as the local store in my area do not stock the product I ordered.
Game should rethink to advertise and offer online purchasing and a delivery service as it is non existent.
