Good Morning

I just want to warn everybody not to buy anything from game online.
I bought a urgent appliance from them after checking that a store 9km have it in stock.

Their promise is 2 -5 days delivery. 9 days after one lie after the other by their incompetent staff who can't answer the simplest questions I canceled the order and asked for a refund.

On day 10 they phoned me and said the item arrived now from their Capetown warehouse and will be delivered within 2 - 5 working days.
I told them I cancelled the order and already purchased it from another supplier who delivered in 2 hours.

Then the fight started. a refund can only be done after the item which I never saw is delivered back to the warehouse. So 10 days to the Capetown warehouse if all goes well. Then 2- 5 days to inspect the item I never had. Then 14 work days to proses a refund. Then 4 days for bank to proses.

So 27 days if everything is done as they say. Up to now nothing was done as promised.

So 2- 5 Days delivery = LIE
7 Day Refund = LIE.

Just to compare. Together with the Game order ( which ) was a bit cheaper. I ordered from Takealot the matching appliance. Takealot delivered within 3 days from their Capetown warehouse. So I am not unreasonable.
