I bought a second hand Fujitsu TP7000S from a store, the bios is admin locked and there is no way for me to access it, I tried multiple times to get in touch with their technical support just to be told if I did not buy the computer from a reseller of fujitsu or fujitsu them self, They cannot help me as they need all kinds of proof, I think that is a bit unprofessional from their side, how are anyone whom bought second hand fujitsu equipment suppose to get help if fujitsu don't want to help them.
