Foschini - Refund

Placed an online order and foschini cancelled one item because the say “out of Stock” and promised to refund within 10 days,then days later another 2 item was returned to warehouse because I didn’t collect it and still said they’ll refund. Since then they’ve only refunded 1 item the other 2 they are playing games with my money.I've sent countless emails and they ignore if they respond I’m told to be patient. This is my money that they are refusing with I don’t owe them and I’ll never owe them.
