Foschini - Fraudulent account

On the 13th of November 2023, I visited Capitec branch to apply for a loan and I was told by a consultant that I was not qualifying for a credit within the bank, and I needed that money to purchase Christmas clothes for my children. The reason behind this happening is because. I was told that I am in arrears at Foschini store. It took me by shock as I never opened any account with Foschini group store and I immediately visited the nearest Foschini store and indeed I was told by the cashier that I'm in arrears and the account was opened at Sportscene at Daveyton Mall on the 13th of May 2023 which totally I don't have any idea about the above account. On the 14th of November 2023, I contacted the Foschini group complaints and dispute forms were emailed to me whereby I completed and sent them back as per reference (F231123072) and I also opened a fraud case as per Olifantsfontein SAPS,135/11/2023. Since then I have never heard any follow up from the Foschini group till today which really cost my life. There isn't any bank or store willing to give me credit so far. I hope my matter will be resolved as soon as possible before reporting it to the media.
