Foschini - Consume

On the 17 of July i bought iphone8 from Foschini at Chatsworth.when i get home i fully charged it.the time i was using it i discovered that the battery does not last longer nott even 2hr.i went in store i told them and they checked the phone and they saw it really having a problem.ask them to exchange the phone, they refused.on the 23 july it does not charging at all.24 July iwent back to them.They said they wouldn't gave another phone, they would send it to repairs.

Up until today i didn't get My phone back

From July until these month i paid for that phone.
