Three staff members on Gate C10 closed the gate while i was still walking down the hallway to the gate as they made a final call . They "closed "the gateAs I arrived at the gate the staff were so rude that they left me at the gate all alone and humiliated with luggage, another one said i should have ran faster in my condition.

I will rather pay more for better service than what i experienced today.
