I completed a customer satisfaction survey on 31 July which was an automated response from FlySafair and have not had any response to date. The incident happened on Flight FA-669 (13h35) on 31 July 2023. The flight attendants were disembarking one half of the plane and I was seated in the row where I was due to disembark in the next batch. I did not have a problem with this as I understand the reasoning and I was in no hurry to disembark. However, the behaviour of the flight attendant Akhona was surprising and shocking. i needed to pass my sisters hand luggage because she was seated behind me and was alighting first. The flight attendant stuck her elbow in my side as I stood up and said "There is no room for the 2 of us" I tried to open the overhead compartment to retrieve my sister's bag but she aggressively closed it. I tried to explain what I was doing but she shouted telling me to wait. I had to carry 2x hand luggage out of the plane. The other passengers showed their disbelief. I have travelled in several airlines for the past 30 years and have NEVER experienced such rude behaviour. I still do not understand the need to be so aggressive and hostile towards a passenger>This young lady needs to learn anger management and it is really a pity that she is so rude and angry at the world. I am equally shocked that FlySafair did not respond to my complaint on 31 July 2023.
