Good mornin..Mark Samuels here.My wife and i recently made use of your airline from Cape Town to Durban and back.Mostly all was well,despite the flight delays to and back.The thing i wanna raise is the handling of the luggage,,At Durban luggage collection i saw our bags wheels has been damaged and was missing a wheel and the axle was broken.Before our return flight i tried to secure it but when we arrived back in Cape Town last night,the wheels and axle was totally broken of and missing,which led me to carry this heavy bag instead of being able to cart it using the wheels.May i just say that this be relayed to the relevant parties to handle the luggage with better care for it seems like bags are just tossed into cargo hold not taking into account that it will result in damages and unnecessary costs.
