Dear Fishways Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent purchase from the Bomhoff outlet. Today, I bought a grilled calamari meal, consisting of a full portion and a half portion, for R154.60.
Upon arriving home, I was shocked to find only 7 small pieces of calamari in each box. This is unacceptable, especially considering the price. The quantity and presentation were appalling.
I have attached photos of the food and the till slip for your reference.
I request:
1. A full refund (R154.60)
2. Explanation for the inadequate quantity
3. Immediate action to address quality control issues at the Bomhoff outlet
Your customers deserve better value for their money. I hope you take my complaint seriously and take prompt action.
