Fishaways - Behavior

Hello ! Me and my wife were on our way back on the 27th evening,their was no lights at home,so we decided we should pass komatipoort and buy out at fish aways,the lady at the counter refused to give us a grill fish,saying they don't do grill after eight p.m,I told her its 7:45 and that I would like the managers number,so I could inquire why they could not accommodate customers with their request while their still open till 9p.m ,she spoke to the lady chief at the back and finally agreed,while the dish was being prepared,I left my wife and went out for prayers,on my return my wife explained that they were insulting her with harsh words and that she doesn't want to eat the food prepared as she doubts the behavior of the chef and doesn't trust her preparedfood any longer,we would like to have a meeting with the person responsible of the outlet ,confronting the two staff members.
