Fish Aways - Missing food items

Just bought a meal for my family and spent R399 about 20 minutes ago
When i get home , my meal which costed R169 there was not half but a sall side of rice , 8 fries , 2 calamari strips and 4 prawns

Called the shop and they said the manager will get back to me shortly , i have been waitokg since

Finally got a call from the manager , did not get a solution to my issue , she went on and on that they dont have issues and do i know their food or have i purchased from them before ? She told me about the quality checks and everything they do , I guess i dont know what i am talking about or i overexaggerate , i am sitting here with tice that tastes off , alot of onion rings and just 2 strips of calamari and 4 tiny prawns , i am appauled by the service and turn around time for my complaint
