Client paid deposit for solar device installation via POS transaction dated 14/09/2023... countless wasted phonecalls and appeals for matter to be resolved and funds to be released to account - fruitless
As a small startup business I have been gravely compromised and lost out on pipeline business due to this failure by Fnb to speedily action due course and avail funds to allow me to appropriate accordingly...to date the amount of R53 000 has not been credited to my business acc. Customer may also cancel deal in which case I will be taking up legal action against Fnb.
Kindly advise what course of action I may follow as I am beyond wits end.
