I had complaint against FNB and was given a reference number and a message which reads
''Your Complaint 4826076F has been assigned to Customer Resolution Centre. We're looking into it and will contact you shortly''.
Unfortunalty, FNB never contacted me to resolved, or to explain to me why my account is -R600, (Negative balance, and displayed unpaid transactions) whilst my account had money when i was doing those payments and withdrawers and two days later my account is on a negetative balance.
