Finwell Wealth Solutions - Money debited without any contractual agreement

I have an issue where finwell financial management services debts an amount of R3000 without any contractual agreement, I was contacted by one of their consultants who told me about their services and give me some forms to complete and send back to them which I never did, to my surprise they are take money from my account without me signing anything, I contacted them to get clarity and their reception lady failed to assist me in getting my refund. They not helping me with anything but they busy taking my money for nothing.
