I have been struggling to find out from Fedhealth what will be covered under my flexi fed 1 plan if my husband needs to go for an operation. They have been putting me through to different departments without any success. All i want to know is if there will be any co payments or payments we are going to be billed for, although im paying my medical hospital plan every month. It seems with Fedhealth, there is aways some hidden costs that the client has to pay. I also wanted to find out what was covered by the scheme when i was admitted to the ER about a month ago, but again without any success. Every consult has a different answets to my questions. I have been phoning and sending emails for almost a month noe. Not even their whatsapp number is working.
