Fastway - Horrendeous service

I had the worst experience with this company, they don't even deserve one star to be honest. Telephones are not answered, you call till the end of the day no service nothing. Switch board not responding or ending the calls. People on emails don't respond. It is honestly poorly managed. When you Track parcel online it says on board, but it never gets delivered. They whatsapp lines say the consultant. will get back to you within few minutes, three days later still waiting. THE WORST. You are better off with other courier services.
