I ordered 2 pairs sneakers from them for R2000 plus courier fees of R150 and made payment on 24 Nov 2023. I never received my order until I received a message saying they will refund all customers because the stock went missing without being send to the customers and I must send my banking details for the refund. I did send my banking detail but, never received my refund. I received a waybill number on 19 Dec 2023 for the items bought and received the wrong sizes and I informed them that I will send them back asap because I've already bought other sneakers and needed the refund. They said as soon as they received the sneakers they will refund me. I never received my money and they ignored my calls and whatsapp messages but, when I whatsapp from another number they reply. I tried to contact them even today but they ignore my request. I went on Hellopeter and saw that there are a lot of complaints where people never received their orders and are also ignored. I am a single parent who works for a minimum salary and I need my money to buy stationery for my kids, please help.

How i wish i did my research beforehand, as I got scammed too, out of R1900, and i am unable to get them to respond to my messages, yet they continue to post regularly on their socials. It’s astonishing to me that they have over 100k followers on tiktok. And a good following on instagram.
I also tried looking for comments on their videos and posts, but they have disabled comments on their content on both tiktok and instagram.
I can’t believe these people are able to get away with this still. It pains me to have been scammed like this.
