Exclusive Leather were given an order to make me a sofa set as per fotos and measurements.
I was assured that my order would be done within 6 weeks and have taken my deposit. Firstly the Order took 12 weeks and a poorly made set was delivered. I informed the owner of Exclusive Leather Mr Pieter Fourie which then asked me to make a new set as he didn’t want to give my money back . I agreed and yet again the order was delayed and on delivery there was a wingback chair missing and the quality was even worse than the first set . I have done business with Mr Fourie for the last few years and really didn’t expect this tipe of quality and customer service. He didn’t reply or tried to do anything to better his product or customer satisfaction.
