I have visited Exact Festival mall to buy a phone Spark 7 which was showing 1999 and they advised it will take 10 minutes dor the safe to open I didn't mind waiting after 15 min they advise it will take another 15 min after 45 min was advised the phone is 2400 but the same phone is on promotion on Vodacom then I advised them to give it to me after 1hr15 I was told the phonw is out of stock without any apology the supervisor by the name of Tshidi was the worse supervisor I have come across pushing the blame to other staff member then I decided to go to Markham it took the consultant 6 min to help me I demand an apology email from Tshidi and the manager of Exact Festival mall I felt so small the way I was treated their customer service is very bad bad
