Good day.On 30 August 2023, 17:06pm, we purchased a jacket ,at Exact store in bayside mall,Capetown .We mistakenly forget our sumsang phone on the teller' s counter .We immediately came back within that short moment, upon asking for it ,they denied that noone have seen it,of which there was no possibility of an other customers that might have walked in, during that closing time.We asked for camera footages,we where denied it.We strongly believe that one of the employees, know something about our phone.We are seeking for an possible assistance.
