I recently complained about the billing team of ethekwini municipality giving me the runaround for my rates refund from Fundiswa to Pride to Linda to Rita to Sindiswa to Anieta etc. but still waiting & Anieta said after 16th November & I emailed Sindiswa to say I'm waiting for my refund to & use same funds to pay for my water deposit but no they just ignore you. even complaints to mayoral office gets ignored but they all the same & now I get my new bill they charging me for rates again. they just sit there with their thumbs up their bum & minds in neutral
& then the basic refuse DSW what a use bunch haven't received refuse bags for 6 months especially mbali she is the main culprit 27 emails to her never responded once her job title is come to work to earn a free salary
I'm a pensioner & that is why I applied for rates refund but no they can't see that
it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see how old people..... the municipality just want free money so pay their useless staff & steal some of it
useless pathetic service from ethekwini municipality
