eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality - Plans not being approved by municipality

I am an Architectural Proffessional, submitting plans for approval to Municipality, most cases South office, Winklespruit town planning lack of service. A person by the name of ******** *******to be exact. According to the Municipality standards once a plan is submitted it should take 12-15days to be cleared by an official. But with him/her it goes more than 2 months, never reply to calls and emails, couple of times went to the office but never there, always out or in a meeting. Complaint to the supervisor ****** ******* awaiting results for now.
