Please assist in following up on the above mentioned Ref no. I called to report a faulty payment meter, a very rude guy called me and said he is coming to check the meter box I told him I'm not home but I'll be rushing home to attend to him when I got home I called him and he said he left I'm not the only client he needs to attend to and it was only 10min after he called me and told me he is coming he also told me to fix the meter box myself instead of waiting for the municipality to do everything for me.
I asked to speak to his supervisor to confirm what he said, he got someone to call me who said I must take the meter box to the service center. I sent my son to the service center and could not get assisted he was told I need to call the call centre or send a WhatsApp of which I had already done hence I have a case no.
I have stayed more than two weeks now without electricity in my house I have lost so much since I'm now unemployed making a living by selling bore worse and cow bones but I can't do that now since I don't have power in my house, I think that is unfair since the box belongs to the municipality. I have bought electricity card but I'm not able to use it since the box is broken
Can someone please assist me
