I've tried calling the ethekwini call center because we have no electricity for 5 hours. I was on the line for 25 minutes and no one answered. I also tried using the watts app service, that was also of no help. This type of situation has happened in yhe past as well , always no answer at the call center. Service delivery is deteriorating.
