The person stated that we will be having Supper under candle-light today as a result of the disconnection. This was rude and uncalled for toward a paying ethekweni Customer.
More especially as I did not receive my Statement in order for me to pay on time.
I wonder what he will say to the homeowners that have Illegal Electrical Connections?
Or, will he even say anything?
