I have purchased a sofa set at essops, the gateway branch for R35000. This purchase occurred in December 2022. The sofas were only delivered late January 2023 due to no stock. When delivered I advised the delivery man that I could see a small orange spot on the sofa. The man said it's nothing to worry about. As time passed the spot has just been getting worse. And it's happening to all the sofas now. I've been complaining this entire year you could say. I went back and forth with the customer care. They had sent out a guy to assess the sofa. He advised which sofas this issue would occur next and said it was a general complaint. He also advised the sofas were not fitted properly, to date no one has come out to rectify this matter. I've made numerous complaints, spoke to many people yet I have not been helped. Please I pray you give this your urgent attention.
