Good day Eskom,

I hope this email finds you well.

You are probably my last option as I have opted to seek assistance from you whereas in all the doors I had knocked to without any help.

I am a law-abiding resident.
We have been without electricity in my street for about a few months now and I can't stress it enough how unavailable and uninterested eskom is to assist us in this matter.

We have been to Eskom and nobody is coming with a concrete solution and time frame on when/how we can get power back. We have tried to phone , neither of the two helped us.

We have endless Reference numbers from Eskom that we could not even keep tabs of anymore.

The reason for contact is that I am aware that there is a police case pending on the transformer in question, however I feel we are suffering because of a few individuals that had just taken a decision to temper with your infrastruture without some of us having knowledge of their actions.

We are law abiding residents in essence that we buy legal electricity and have legal connection from Eskom and we do not understand why when we need your services we can not be assisted.

If a majority of house-holds are not paying for electricity ,Eskom should rather come with a plan to service us -who are paying for electricity rather than giving us a generalization punishment.

We feel Eskom is failing and is not taking our out-cries seriously and we also understand that Eskom is under immense pressure with load shedding on the rise and illegal connections costing the organisation financially, however , we as law-abiding residents to Eskom need to come first.
We plead with Eskom for assistance in this matter , Bathong ba modimo you can imagine how difficult life can be with these persistent Load Shedding schedules and now just imagine without Power at all for months, it is a tragedy and financially straining, not to mention bo tsotsi bjo bo diragalang bosshigo.

Batho Ba Modimo kea le kgopela, re thuŠeng hle. Re hlakile is enough ka Eskom. All they know ke gofa Reference nr - we don't even see the value of storing it because we know they are not even gonna pitch.

Please Power Fm - Assist us in this matter.
Please Eskom - Assist us in this matter.
