my transformer blew and its been more than 4 weeks and more than 10 houses are affected we tried calling with no avail 1 granny who lives on machines was even close to her death , children cant study and our food is becoming waste we know we are poor blacks living in RDPs but electricity is a basic necissity place of concern is at
