Incorrect payment was made to Eskom as I do not have an account with Eskom - the payment was made on the 30th of July this year - I have been in contacts with their Customer Service since from the second of August and still not getting any help - This was escalated to Mapula in their accounts department to do a refund and still waiting with no respond from her - kindly assist
