No lights since the 9th December for me and neighbours. Reported incident on Alfred chatbox and customer care number more than once. References given were 483524860 and 483768791. Feedback on follow up keeps saying faulty cleared which is not true at all. No electricity here. Boxes are clear no error showing no stripped buttons . The transformer wad bumped against by a delivery truck and pole bent. Eskom never even visited to check. We tired all other numbers like Umtata Service customer care line with no success at all . We tried 0800112722 which does not work as nobody speaks. Our CNC offices at Cala and Elliot were closed since beginning of Covid. Our refrigerated food is getting spoilt. What type of service is this? How can a fault be cleared without being repaired. Please assist us.
