It is taking a host of employees more than one and a half years to do a tariff change from high consumption to low consumption user. I follow up almost weekly but very little to no progress is made. It took them 50 days and counting to read a meter excluding many other delays. I have the entire thread since the request was made and it is available to any interested parties.
