We got power outage, our house and my neighbour that we share a pole, on the 28 January 2022, I,be been trying to call Eskom toll no. Been put on hold for the whole day without any luck of getting Ref: no. Monday we used Alfred chatbot atleast we got Ref no. But we've been waiting since even today it's the 6th day without electricity. Now we have kids at home that need light to study. Our fridge have melted our food are rotten. Can somebody please assist us because we are also South African citizenS who have rights to this kind of services.
