Eskom - Load reduction at protea glen extension 12

I stay at protea glen extension 12 where there are load reduction every two or three in a week either in the morning or afternoon for 5 hours.my complain is that is not protea glen as a whole but only some areas.the load reduction affects normally the areas from protea glen extension 12 robots up to protea glen extension 14.from protea glen extension 12 robots up to extension 11 they don't have load reduction at all.
Please assist as I'm paying electricity.
