13 december the pole in our area fell down become of wind then eskom came switch off the electricity the hole village promise to come the following day today 18 december still waiting nothing has been done we trying to call the call centre no luck i dont thing eskom is gona refund us the food that is already rotten i personal went to their offices in queenstwon only meet the security at the gate told me i cant go in can someone assist us
